SHIPPING
Our shipping charges are fixed rates per order. That means you pay a one-time flat rate shipping charge for your entire order based on your selected shipping level. We offer several levels of delivery times. Please refer to the information below for time and cost details. Orders placed before 9:30 AM EST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after that time may be processed and shipped the next day. If you are placing an order and need it to be shipped that day, please contact us at 1-800-757-0561 so we can try to accommodate your needs. For international shipments, customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. USA

PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP All orders are professionally packaged and ship in a durable box. Ties are packaged in individual plastic sleeves. For your convenience, we offer a gift wrap option an additional $5 charge. Your order will be professionally gift wrapped and will include a personalized message card attached to the package. If you select the gift wrap option, you can include your message in the "Order Notes" section. If you have any additional requests regarding your order, you can include that in the "Order Notes" as well. RETURNS & EXCHANGES At TodaysGentleman.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns are accepted for a refund within 7 days of receipt and for store credit within 30 days of receipt. To return an item please follow the instructions below: 1. Email us at sales@todaysgentleman.com for a Return Authorization number. Returned merchandise without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted. 2. To be eligible for a refund we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. To be eligible for a store credit we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. 3. Your return must be received within 30 days of issuing your Return Authorization number. 4. Original and return shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. 5. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. 6. For exchanges, please note we charge a $3.00 shipping fee per order to cover the return shipping(Cash or Money order only). Note: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address info. Orders that are returned due to incorrect address information will be reshipped at customer's expense.
